Jon M. Taurisano has practiced corporate law as an in-house counsel and in private practice since 2008. Jon's practice has concentrated on early state cloud-based software and hardware technology companies. Jon counsels companies from inception through the execution phase with the intent to find the best possible exits for his clients.
